Relaxed dress codes allow employees to express themselves and feel comfortable in their own skin. That said, it is important to maintain a level of professionalism and respect for clients, colleagues and the work being done. The BIGteam maintains a professional image and takes pride in our appearances with a business casual dress code. 

Community
A strong community inside and outside of an office is crucial for team success. Positive relationships can be fostered with the right office set up and fun team-building events. Desks? Check. Cubicles? Too divisive. An open office setup optimizes a community between employees, where ideas can flow freely. BIGteam members have the option to move workspaces throughout the day, with additional tables and smaller officers available at all times. A flexible workspace allows for open and clear communication between employees. Outside events show employees that you care, and provide the opportunity to form relationships between co-workers. Annual events outside of the BIGoffice include a Halloween celebration, winter holiday party, and of course we never miss the opportunity to celebrate a birthday or achievement inside the office with a celebratory lunch!
