CES 2019 has come and gone, but it left us with some seriously exciting tech news! We know it can be overwhelming to keep tabs on every new gadget introduced at CES, so this week’s blog is entirely dedicated to the biggest tech announcements from the BIGclients who attended the show. So get ready – we’ve got some exciting news for you!

Ring
We rang in the new year with Ring’s latest product announcement, Smart Lighting. Ring’s goal is to bring home security to a new level for homeowners, and the company’s new line of affordable smart outdoor lighting does exactly that! Ring also announced that 2019 will see a new video doorbell, new smart locks and other Ring Alarm accessories.

Vayyar
CES brought big updates for Vayyar, creators of Walabot HOME! Vayyar announced their expansion from just a bathroom fall detection device to an entire home monitoring system. This update is revolutionary for seniors who are hoping to maintain their independence and safety in their own home.

iOttie
iOttie continues to bring their A-game to the mobile accessories and car mount industries. iOttie’s major announcement this year was their Easy One Touch Connect smartphone car mount. This device brings the power of Amazon’s Alexa into almost any car while securely mounting your phone for maximum safety and utility.

Flo
Did you know that the average household water leaks can account for nearly 10,000 gallons of water wasted every year? Flo Technologies has made it their mission to bring awareness to this issue and help homeowners conserve water and protect against detrimental water damage – a problem that constantly plagues homeowners. Just before CES, Flo announced their partnership with Moen, the leader in water experiences in the home, to launch Flo by Moen. The device calculates water pressure, flow rate and temperature within your home’s water supply system while using AI to differentiate normal water use from abnormal use. Fun fact: the Flo community has already saved over 2 million gallons of water!

OneWheel
Electric board company Onewheel debuted its Onewheel+ XR this year which offers a 12 to 18 mile range and can hit a top speed of 19 mph (wow!). This electric option is making waves over the traditional, four-wheeled board. The OneWheel crew was in Vegas during CES to join other riders and demonstrate how to use their unique board.
