The BIGteam has a very exciting move coming up in just a few short weeks! While we’ve loved working in the cozy and quaint Brookline Village, we’re thrilled to be heading to our new office on Newbury Street! With the move just under a month away, we’ve begun packing up our office knick-knacks and thought we’d share the best tips and tricks we’ve learned along the way!

Set a Date (and make it fun!)
Sometimes, the hardest part is getting started. Motivate your team to get together and spend some time getting into the nitty gritty with some fun incentives. A pizza party perhaps? Maybe an adult beverage or two? Spring cleaning doesn’t have to be a chore; instead it can be a fun way for the team to get together (and get some work done too).
Go Green
It’s inevitable for paper to pile up at an office. The BIGteam is pretty good about keeping it eco friendly here, but sometimes there’s just no avoiding it. Springtime is a perfect opportunity to introduce new initiatives to help the office go green. For example, you might want to invest in some endlessly reusable Rocketbook notebooks!
Try Something New
Spring cleaning offers a great opportunity to reevaluate your workplace processes and consider what might be a more efficient means of doing business. This could mean trying out a new project management system or email organization tactic. Whatever it is, don’t be afraid to try mix it up – change isn’t always easy, but sometimes it’s just flat out necessary.
