Tell us a little bit about your background: I am currently a senior at Boston University majoring in public relations with a minor in history. I have held internships at both boutique and large-scale firms where I spent my time writing press releases, building media lists, working with social media, and much more. My most recent internship was with an international agency in London, where I studied abroad, and learned the ins and outs of global corporate communications. While taking classes this fall, I realized an interest of mine is the tech industry, which is a main reason for my choice of BIGfish for a spring internship. I look forward to diving deeper into the tech industry through various clients during this internship. I am very excited to be a part of the BIGfish team this semester and cannot wait to get started!

What attracted you to BIGfish? The interesting list of clients and emphasis on storytelling through PR is what attracted me to BIGfish. Also, the collaborative environment within the BIGfish team!

What’s your favorite food?: Anything Italian

What do you hope to accomplish in this internship?: I hope to gain a better understanding of the tech PR world, as well as sharpen my skills as a public relations professional!

Anything else we should know about you?: When I am not in class or interning at BIGfish, I am the president of Edge Dance Company at Boston University. We are a jazz and contemporary dance group that performs on campus and it is a great way to keep dancing through college.
