As a result, BIGfish has adopted a hybrid work schedule where some team members will have a mixed schedule of in-office and remote days, and others residing outside of the Boston area will have a primarily remote schedule.

All employees are eligible for 12 weeks paid maternity/paternity leave plus 4 weeks of flex time where they can have up to 2 days per week of paid time off following their return. We also understand that not every pregnancy and birth experience is the same, so we will work with team members to develop a plan that fits their circumstances as needed.
Bereavement & Pregnancy Loss Paid Leave
BIGfish recognizes the personal nature of bereavement and loss transcends just about every scenario we deal with as an agency. We make no assumptions as to how our team members may feel or want to be treated when experiencing loss. That said, our agency is deeply committed to supporting our employees when experiencing a loss in their lives. Compassionate paid leave, supplemental paid leave, and extended compassionate leave are programs in place at BIGfish that are made available to employees experiencing loss.
Paid Volunteer Time
Every team member receives 1 day of paid time off per year to volunteer for any cause they choose. We also encourage team members to get involved in current events whenever possible.
