Tell us a little bit about your background: I am a rising junior at Boston University’s College of Communication studying public relations and am from a suburb just outside of Boston. This past summer, I interned with another local PR and marketing agency where I worked with consumer products, retail brands, as well as event planning. My dream job would be working on PR in the fashion industry in New York!
What attracted you to BIGfish? I was originally attracted to BIGfish because of the positive internal atmosphere. Everybody I’ve met here is always smiling and welcoming and I think that is essential to a productive work environment.
Describe yourself in 5 words: Responsible, Sarcastic, Friendly, Positive, and Driven
What’s your favorite food? Caprese Sandwiches
What do you hope to accomplish in this internship? This semester, I hope to work hard and become better trained in the skills needed to be a PR professional.
Anything else we should know about you?I have a vacation home in Wellfleet, Cape Cod and it’s my favorite place to go during the summers!

Hometown: Thousand Oaks, CA
Tell us a little bit about your background: I grew up in the city of Thousand Oaks, about 45 minutes north of Los Angeles, CA. I moved to Massachusetts to attend Boston University and study Public Relations. I spent this past summer in Los Angeles working with The Avenue West, a tech and fashion public relations agency, but have experience working with music, hospitality, and event planning.
What attracted you to BIGfish? I liked that BIGfish was a small agency, size-wise, but had a big agency feel work-wise. I wanted to be able to be more involved in the industry and a smaller agency allows for interns to be more hands on!
Describe yourself in 5 words: Unique, kind, driven, passionate, lighthearted
What’s your favorite food? I love Sushi and anything my parents cook!
What do you hope to accomplish in this internship? I hope to improve upon the skills I have already acquired, as well as continue to improve my writing skills.
Anything else we should know about you?I grew up with music being an extremely important facet of my everyday life, so I’m very excited to also be interning for an artist management studio this semester that works with artists like MGMT, The Cribs, and more!

BIG fish PR is an unconventional agency that helps its clients redefine their industries.
